Tin-Silver 97/3 or Tin-Silver-Copper Alloys (SAC 305 and Similar Alloys)

Jaytee SAC alloys comply with National and International specifications such as IPC, JIS, DIN, ASTM, IS, RoHS, and REACH lead-free soldering standards.
Tin Copper Solder Alloys
JAYTEE manufacturing and supplying low-Silver-Tin copper solder alloys which has high performance in comparison with the SAC type alloys. These Alloys are Sn100, low silver 0.5% and 97Sn/3Cu. All alloys are lower cost options with similar or superior soldering characteristics compared to SAC alloys. Jaytee low-Silver-Tin copper solder alloys comply with National and International specifications such as IPC, JIS, DIN, ASTM, IS, RoHS, and REACH lead-free soldering standards.
Low Melting Temperature Solder Alloys
JAYTEE manufacturing and supplying of low temperature soldering materials with low temperature reflow requirements. Jaytee lead-free low temperature alloys provide a melting temperature of 140°C-190°C to resolve the higher temperature Soldering problems by providing excellent wetting and joint strength.
Leaded Solder Alloys
JAYTEE manufacturing and supplying of leaded solder alloys offering a low melting point and increased reliability over lead free solder alternatives. Jaytee leaded (Pb- containing) solder alloys continue to be used/specified in electronics industries including with medical, military, and aerospace applications. The most common alloys are:
