Liquid Flux and Paste Flux

JAYTEE has wide range of fluxes are available in no clean, water soluble and RMA chemistry to provide excellent soldering performance to fulfill desire thru-hole and SMT assembly requirements. JAYTEE flux products offer a wide range of benefits with proven performance in wave, specific, and general soldering applications. JAYTEE fluxes are available for use with tin/lead, lead-free and low temperature solder alloys.

No Clean Flux

AIM’s no clean flux is designed to leave minimal residue. JAYTEE no clean flux provides fast wetting properties with reducing common soldering defects including bridging and solder balls. JAYTEE no clean flux has specially activities to wide process window that can work with high temperatures.

Water Soluble Flux

JAYTEE water soluble flux products offer a wide process with excellent wetting characteristics and easy to clean post process residues by using chemical or de-ionized water.

RMA/RA Flux

JAYTEE Material rosin based liquid flux is develop for use in aeronotical and military type applications with non-corrosive residues that can easily be cleaned using a solvent or saponifier. JAYTEE materials rosin based flux provides best soldering performance, superior thermal transfer and it can be used as foamed, sprayed or dipped.

VOC-Free Flux

JAYTEE VOC-free liquid flux products are ecofriendly, water based fluxes with desire performance and reliability characteristics. JAYTEE VOC-free line offers excellent wetting, Soldering performance with a wide process window.

Paste Flux

JAYTEE has wide range of flux paste which is available in no clean, water soluble, and rosin based formulation. JAYTEE paste flux is use in rework applications, with the help of general torch or Soldering Iron.
