Solder Paste

JAYTEE has complete range of solder paste which is excellent to print soldering performance, easy to use and cost effectiveness. JAYTEE solder pastes resolve all difficult issues such as voiding, low area ratio printing, and high reliability requirements for of LED, automotive, aerospace and military industries.

JAYTEE solder paste are available in no clean, water soluble, and RMA formulations with a wide range of alloy offerings including SAC, SN100C® and lead-based solders. JAYTEE alloy and flux formulation provide high quality performance in SMT applications. In addition to SAC based JAYTEE develop low temperature solder paste for temperature sensitive electronics components.

No Clean Solder Paste

JAYTEE no clean solder paste has excellent performance and reliability without the cleaning and provide stable transfer efficiencies, powerful wetting, and low voiding. JAYTEE no clean solder paste is available in a wide range of alloys to meet customer requirements. JAYTEE also provide the cleaning agent / Solvent to removed the residue of post soldering to ensure residue can be removed when required.

Water Soluble Solder Paste

JAYTEE water soluble solder paste products have been design for powerful wetting and desire print soldering performance even in high humidity environments. JAYTEE water soluble paste residues are easily removed with De- ionized water. JAYTEE paste chemistry provide a low foaming solder paste that can extend closed loop filtration service life.

RMA/RA Solder Paste

JAYTEE RMA/RA solder pastes are develop for use where mil spec performance is required. JAYTEE rosin-based solder pastes provide modern paste print performance combined with military compliance. JAYTEE rosin-based solder pastes provide superior performance on oxidized or uncleaned surfaces of printing board. JAYTEE has also provide aqueous, non-aqueous solvent to cleaning and removal of post soldering residues.
