JAYTEE allow high feed rates for point-to-point and drag soldering with excellent barrel fill with specific design. spooling to post soldering residue is minimum and clear as per J-STD specifical minimizes jams and drifting.
Hand Soldering
JAYTEE cored solder wire for hand soldering is producing low odor and smoke. JAYTEE solder wire is develop to promote thermal transfer and fast wetting, soldering without using the additional flux.
No Clean Solder Wire
JAYTEE no clean cored solder wire provides excellent wetting properties soldering bridge and combined with a wide process window, as well as fast solder penetration into plated through holes with minimum, and clear post residues. JAYTEE no clean solder wire offerings are REACH and RoHS compliant, halide -free and pass J-STD and JIS A requirements. No clean Solder wire available in following cores:

Water Soluble Solder Wire
JAYTEE water soluble cored solder wire's has rapid oxidant corrosion removal results in faster wetting and maximum gap filling action. Water soluble cored solder wire residues removed by using hot D-ionized water.

Water Soluble Solder Wire
JAYTEE rosin based cored solder wire is develop for use where highly active flux is required. JAYTEE rosin mildly activated (RMA) and rosin activated (RA) cored solder wire provides excellent work on oxidized or uncleaned surfaces with excellent thermal transfer and wetting properties.
