Mr. D.K. Kohly

Dinesh Kumar Kohly is a Non-executive Director of our Company and Chairman of our Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has completed his master’s degree in engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program held by the Harvard Business School. He was previously associated with Aditya Birla Group, where he was awarded with a certificate of excellence by the Aditya Birla Group for his service to the Company. At our Company, he serves as the head of the Board of Directors, facilitating effective decision making and ensuring that the board functions efficiently.
