Somya Singhal

Somya Singhal is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She joined our Company as Company Secretary on November 04, 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Delhi University, and a degree of law from Meerut College, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. She has been admitted as an associate of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She was previously associated as Executive Secretarial with PureSoftware Technologies Private Limited. She is responsible for secretarial functions in our Company ensuring legal compliance and smooth administration of the Company.
